CureCurve

CureCurve is a web + desktop companion for polymer, adhesive, and composite teams who constantly miss mechanical targets because cure schedules are guessed, copied, or poorly documented. Users import DSC/DMA/FTIR time-temperature data (or paste vendor datasheets), define target outcomes (Tg, degree of cure, modulus window, max exotherm), and the app fits a kinetic model to propose practical ramp/hold profiles. It then generates a one-page “shop-floor” recipe with tolerances, plus a validation checklist for the next run. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional modeling for kinetics/heat transfer, with AI used to clean messy lab exports, extract parameters from PDFs, and suggest initial model priors. Realistically, it won’t replace lab validation; it aims to cut iteration cycles and prevent obvious cure mistakes that waste weeks and material.
