CureTrace

CureTrace is a mobile + web app for composite shops to capture, standardize, and prove cure quality without buying a full MES. Operators scan a job QR, the app connects to a small Bluetooth temperature/vacuum logger, and it automatically builds a tamper-evident cure record: time-at-temp, ramp rates, dwell, vacuum integrity, and out-of-spec events. It generates a customer-ready PDF “cure certificate” tied to part/lot/oven/autoclave, plus a simple dashboard showing recurring issues (leaky bags, cold spots, late starts). An AI layer flags likely root causes from patterns (e.g., vacuum decay during heat-up) and suggests corrective actions, but the core value works without AI. This is not a simulation tool; it’s pragmatic traceability for small-to-mid manufacturers who currently rely on handwritten logs and spreadsheets.
