An AI layer summarizes messy notes into a clear risk card and confidence score, but the core value is the standardized, comparable reports and forecast-to-site mapping. The app focuses on a small set of popular regions first (where data coverage is strong) and expands as density grows. It’s not a social feed; it’s a decision tool. Monetization is a subscription for advanced site models, alerts, and offline briefings, plus a lightweight B2B tier for dive shops to publish verified conditions and drive bookings.
