CurtainCall is a mobile + web app that helps theaters run structured, high-quality post-show engagement: talkbacks, cast Q&As, and audience feedback—without chaos in the lobby. Venues create an event for each performance, then display a QR code in the program or on signage. Audience members submit questions during the show or intermission, vote on others, and optionally leave short feedback tied to specific moments (e.g., pacing, sound, sightlines). Moderators (house manager, dramaturg, or stage management) get a clean dashboard to filter duplicates, remove inappropriate content, and queue questions for the cast. After the event, the theater receives a digest: top questions, sentiment trends, and recurring operational issues. It’s not glamorous, but it’s practical: it makes talkbacks better, gives theaters actionable data, and creates a lightweight reason for audiences to return.
