CutList

CutList is a web + mobile AI-assisted curation app that publishes tight, human-readable weekly “mini-magazines” of what to watch, read, and listen to across streaming, podcasts, books, and games. Instead of infinite feeds, it ships a few themed lists (e.g., “90 minutes before bed,” “smart dumb action,” “actually funny standup”) with short editorial blurbs, content warnings, and where-to-watch links. AI helps editors draft summaries, cluster similar titles, and keep availability up to date, but final picks are human-approved to avoid generic, engagement-bait recommendations. Users can follow specific curators, hide platforms they don’t have, and save a personal “Tonight” queue. Monetization is straightforward: subscriptions for premium lists and early drops, plus affiliate revenue where available. This is not trying to beat Netflix/Spotify algorithms; it’s a small, trusted layer on top.
