CutoverClock

CutoverClock is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) for teams running time-sensitive operations—deploy cutovers, batch windows, market opens, broadcast playout, manufacturing changeovers, and scheduled data pipelines—where “a few minutes late” becomes expensive. It creates a single operational timeline per event, tracks dependencies, and continuously checks whether each step is still feasible given real-time progress. If a task slips, it recalculates the latest safe start times for downstream steps and triggers escalations before the window is lost. It integrates with existing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Slack, GitHub Actions) rather than replacing them. This is a traditional app with a small AI component: AI suggests risk hotspots and likely slip causes from past runs, but the core value is deterministic time math, clear ownership, and auditable runbooks. It’s not glamorous, but it’s practical for organizations that already pay for outages and missed windows.
