CutoverOps

CutoverOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that manages ERP go-lives and major changes as a controlled, auditable “cutover runbook.” It replaces fragile Excel trackers and scattered Teams/Slack messages with a single source of truth for tasks, dependencies, owners, timestamps, and approvals. Teams build a cutover plan from templates (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), link tasks to systems and environments, and run timed rehearsals. During go-live, a live command-center view highlights blockers, critical path slippage, and missing sign-offs. Evidence capture (screenshots, logs, export files) is attached to each step for audit and post-mortems. Integrations pull status from Jira/ServiceNow and push notifications to Slack/Teams. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft runbooks, detect dependency gaps, and summarize readiness risks, but execution remains human-controlled.
