CutReady

CutReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns customer CAD uploads into fast, defensible CNC/fab quotes and production-ready job packets. Shops waste hours on quoting, miss hidden costs (setups, tooling, fixturing, deburr, tolerances), and then eat margin when reality hits. CutReady parses STEP/DXF, asks the minimum clarifying questions, and generates a quote with assumptions, risk flags, and a router: ops list, estimated cycle time, required tools, material, and inspection notes. It’s not “magic AI CAM”; it’s pragmatic: rules + historical shop data + AI to summarize and spot anomalies. It also tracks quote-to-job conversion and learns your real cycle times over time. The goal is fewer bad quotes, faster turnaround, and fewer angry rework conversations.
