CycleCue

CycleCue is a mobile + desktop app (traditional + light AI) that helps knowledge workers run their day in 90–120 minute ultradian cycles without turning it into woo-woo. You set your working hours, meeting constraints, and preferred break style; the app generates a realistic “focus sprint” schedule with built-in recovery breaks and a hard cap on consecutive deep-work blocks. It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook to detect fragmentation, then suggests the least-bad times to protect focus blocks. Optional AI analyzes your actual behavior (app/website activity on desktop, plus quick check-ins) to estimate when your focus is peaking or crashing and adjusts future blocks. The app is blunt: if your calendar is a mess, it will tell you the plan is impossible and propose tradeoffs (shorter sprints, fewer priorities, or moving meetings). It’s designed to be used daily, not as a one-time planner.
