CycleTrace is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that maps how work actually moves through your operation—tickets, approvals, handoffs, and rework—using event data pulled from tools you already use (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, Google Workspace). It builds a lightweight “process timeline” per workflow and highlights where cycle time balloons: waiting on approvals, unclear ownership, repeated back-and-forth, or missing inputs. Instead of generic dashboards, it produces a weekly friction report: top 10 bottlenecks, the teams involved, the cost in hours, and the smallest policy/process change likely to fix it. An AI layer summarizes patterns and drafts concrete SOP updates, but the core value is hard metrics and traceability. Realistically, adoption depends on clean integrations and leadership willingness to act; without that, it’s just another analytics tool.
