CycleTuner

CycleTuner is a web + desktop app that helps industrial robotics teams find and validate cycle-time reductions safely. It ingests robot program exports and controller logs, then highlights the true bottlenecks: excessive blend radii, conservative speed limits, unnecessary waits, I/O handshakes, and path segments with over-tight accuracy. An AI-assisted analyzer proposes specific parameter changes and alternative motion primitives, then generates a test plan with rollback steps and acceptance criteria. The app tracks before/after metrics (cycle time, stops, faults, quality proxies) and produces a change report suitable for manufacturing engineering sign-off. This is not a magic “optimize everything” button—most gains are incremental—but it systematizes what senior robot programmers do manually and makes improvements repeatable across cells and shifts.
