DailiesDock

DailiesDock is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) for reviewing video edits with frame-accurate comments, version tracking, and approvals that don’t fall apart in email threads. Editors upload cuts (or proxies), share a secure link, and stakeholders leave timecoded notes, draw-ons, and “approve/needs changes” decisions. The app automatically compares versions, highlights what changed, and compiles a clean change list for the editor. It also enforces review etiquette: required fields for feedback, deadlines, and a single source of truth for the latest cut. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to summarize feedback into actionable tasks, detect duplicated notes, and generate a checklist per scene. It’s not trying to replace editing software; it’s trying to stop review chaos, which is where projects actually bleed time and money.
