DanaDesk is a web + mobile app for Buddhist temples and monasteries to run daily operations without spreadsheets. It centralizes donation tracking (cash, bank transfer, QR), auto-generates tax/thank-you receipts, and keeps a simple donor CRM with giving history and communication preferences. It also manages visitor bookings for retreats, ceremonies, and guided tours with capacity limits, waivers, and payment links. A lightweight finance view shows income by fund (roof repair, food dana, education) and exports clean reports for accountants. The AI component is optional: it drafts multilingual donor messages, summarizes monthly activity for board meetings, and flags anomalies (e.g., missing receipt numbers, duplicate donors). Realistically, many temples are volunteer-run and tech-averse, so the UI must be extremely simple, with offline-friendly mobile capture for cash donations and later sync.
