DataPatch
DataPatch is a web app (traditional + AI) that monitors government open-data portals and automatically flags what’s quietly broken: dead links, schema drift, missing updates, suspicious outliers, and silently changed definitions. It runs scheduled checks on datasets your city or agency publishes (or depends on), produces a public-facing “data health” scorecard, and generates concrete, reproducible issue reports with evidence (diffs, timestamps, sample rows). For internal teams, it creates a triage queue, assigns owners, and tracks time-to-fix so leadership can’t pretend it’s fine. The AI component summarizes failures into plain-language explanations and drafts GitHub/Jira tickets and stakeholder emails, but the core value is deterministic monitoring and diffs. This is not another portal; it’s quality control for the portals that already exist.
