DataVoucher is a mobile + web app that helps local organizations distribute internet access in a controlled, auditable way by converting donated mobile data or sponsor-funded top-ups into time- and location-bound vouchers. Schools, libraries, NGOs, and city programs can issue QR codes or short codes that redeem on supported carriers or via partner eSIM providers, with rules like “2GB for homework sites only” or “valid after 3pm.” Recipients get a simple wallet showing remaining data, allowed categories, and offline-first instructions. Admins see redemption rates, fraud flags, and impact reports (e.g., attendance correlations) without collecting invasive personal data. This is not magic: carrier integrations are hard, and coverage gaps remain. But for many communities, affordability—not signal—is the immediate barrier, and vouchers are a practical lever that budgets and donors already understand.
