DeaconDesk
DeaconDesk is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) built for church administration that most churches actually struggle with: volunteer scheduling, task ownership, approvals, and audit-proof recordkeeping. Instead of trying to replace your entire church management system, it sits on top of what you already use and fixes the operational gaps—who is responsible, what’s due, what got approved, and what’s falling through the cracks. It includes role-based workflows for common church processes (facility requests, benevolence requests, background-check tracking, sermon/AV run-of-show, purchase requests, and event readiness checklists). It’s intentionally boring: fewer features, better execution, and clear accountability. An optional AI layer drafts announcements, creates task lists from meeting notes, and flags overdue items, but the core value works without AI. Pricing targets small-to-mid churches that can’t justify enterprise tools.
