DealBridge

DealBridge is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that runs partner-sourced deals like a shared pipeline between two companies. Instead of “send me an update” loops, each deal has a joint workspace: mutual next steps, owner on each side, required assets, and a simple SLA timer. It syncs to each company’s CRM so neither side has to re-enter data, but it only exposes the minimum fields agreed in a data-sharing policy. The app also includes a partner health dashboard focused on deal velocity, response times, and drop-off reasons—so partnership leaders can spot which partners are actually producing revenue versus just “good relationships.” This is not a full PRM replacement; it’s a focused layer for co-selling execution that teams can adopt without a six-month rollout. Expect some partners to resist transparency; the product is built to make that friction worth it.
