DealDataroom is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns a company’s messy internal files into an investor-ready M&A data room and diligence tracker. Connect Google Drive/Dropbox/SharePoint, ingest folders, and map documents to a standard diligence index (corporate, financial, tax, legal, HR, IP, security). The app flags missing items, duplicates, stale versions, and risky gaps (e.g., unsigned contracts, missing board consents) and generates a clean request list for the team. It includes a lightweight Q&A workflow so founders can respond to buyer questions with linked evidence, deadlines, and ownership. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI classifies and summarizes documents, but the core value is disciplined organization, permissions, and audit trails. This is not a magic “sell your company” tool—just a brutally practical way to survive diligence faster and with fewer mistakes.
