DealDelta is a mobile + web AI-assisted car valuation app that estimates a vehicle’s true “sellable” value by subtracting likely reconditioning and risk costs from market comps. Users scan the VIN, snap a short guided photo set (tires, panels, interior, dash lights), and optionally upload an OBD-II scan and service records. The app produces a valuation range plus a line-item “value haircut” breakdown (tires, brakes, paintwork, warning lights, title/accident risk, mileage anomalies), and a confidence score. It’s built for the messy middle of real-world deals where KBB-style numbers don’t reflect what buyers will actually pay once issues are discovered. It also generates a negotiation sheet you can share with a seller or buyer, including photo evidence and comparable listings. Expect imperfect estimates early; accuracy improves as the dataset grows.
