DealDigest is a web app (with optional email/Slack alerts) that tracks trade agreement updates and turns them into plain-language, product-specific impact notes. Users map their product catalog to HS codes, origin countries, and destination markets, then select relevant agreements (e.g., USMCA, CPTPP, EU FTAs). When an agreement text, annex, rule-of-origin threshold, or tariff schedule changes, the app highlights what changed, what it likely affects, and what to verify—linking back to the official source. It also maintains an auditable change log for internal compliance and procurement teams. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI handles summarization, change detection, and impact drafting, while deterministic rules and human review workflows keep it defensible. Realistically, it won’t replace trade counsel; it reduces monitoring time and missed updates.
