DealDiligence is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns the chaos of investment banking and private equity diligence into a single, auditable tracker. Upload a CIM, data room index, Q&A exports, and draft purchase agreement, and the app auto-generates a diligence request list, workstream owners, deadlines, and a live issues log. It also flags missing artifacts (e.g., customer concentration, tax exposures, change-of-control clauses) and links every issue back to source documents for defensibility. The product is not a magic “AI replaces analysts” pitch; it’s a workflow tool that reduces rework, version hell, and missed items during compressed timelines. It integrates with common data rooms and Slack/Teams so updates happen where deal teams already live. Expect best results when firms standardize templates and enforce consistent naming—otherwise the AI will still need human oversight.
