DealDrift
DealDrift is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that monitors your CRM pipeline and flags deals that are quietly going off-track. It focuses on the boring-but-deadly problems: stale next steps, slipping close dates, missing stakeholders, discount creep, and “happy ears” notes that don’t match reality. Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, define your sales stages and required exit criteria, and the app produces a daily “risk inbox” for managers and reps. It also generates a simple forecast explanation: what changed since last week, which deals drove it, and which rep actions would most likely pull revenue back. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for reliability plus lightweight LLM summarization of call notes/emails to detect weak commitments and missing mutual action plans. It’s not a full BI suite—just pipeline hygiene and risk detection.
