DealerDocket

DealerDocket is a web + mobile app for antique dealers and high-end collectors who need a clean, defensible record of what was sold, to whom, for how much, and with what disclosures. It creates a “client dossier” per item: photos, condition notes, restoration history, invoices, shipping/insurance docs, and signed acknowledgements (e.g., age-related wear, attribution uncertainty). It’s not trying to magically authenticate antiques; it focuses on reducing disputes, chargebacks, and reputation damage by making documentation fast, consistent, and searchable. The app generates branded PDF packs for buyers, supports repeatable templates by category (furniture, silver, ceramics), and keeps a private timeline of communications and changes. The reality: most dealers run this in email threads and folders until something goes wrong. DealerDocket turns that chaos into a professional, audit-ready workflow without enterprise bloat.
