DealerMemo is a mobile + web app that turns messy car negotiations into a verifiable paper trail you can actually use. It lets buyers capture quotes and promises (price, fees, add-ons, trade-in, financing terms) via photo, email forward, or quick form, then auto-normalizes them into a single “out-the-door” comparison sheet. The app generates a clean, time-stamped deal summary PDF you can send back to the salesperson or manager to lock terms, reducing the classic bait-and-switch and “we never said that” problem. It also includes a call/meeting log so you can track who said what and when, plus reminders for expiring offers. This is an AI + traditional app: AI extracts numbers from screenshots and flags missing line-items (doc fee, recon, accessories, rate/term). It’s not magic—dealers can still refuse—but it materially improves buyer leverage and clarity.
