Influencers upload a PDF, screenshot, or email thread, and the AI parses payment terms, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, and timelines. It then benchmarks the offer against market rates for similar audience size, niche, geography, and platform, using anonymized deal data from other users. The app highlights red flags in plain language (e.g., perpetual rights for peanuts, sneaky exclusivity, no kill fee) and suggests counter-offer language influencers can paste directly into emails. For brands and agencies, it provides a sanity check on whether they’re overpaying or asking for unrealistic deliverables. This is an AI-first app with a strong legal-tech angle, but it is not a replacement for lawyers; it’s a fast filter to avoid obviously bad deals and to give creators leverage in negotiations.
