DealGuard

DealGuard is a web app (with optional Salesforce/HubSpot add-on) that flags risky discounts and pricing exceptions in real time before a rep sends a quote. It connects to CRM, CPQ, and billing to learn your actual realized prices, discount patterns, and approval outcomes. When a rep builds a deal, DealGuard shows a “margin risk” score, recommended price floors, and the smallest discount needed to win based on similar past deals. It also detects policy drift (e.g., reps consistently bypassing approvals), identifies accounts trained to demand discounts, and highlights SKUs where discounting is destroying renewal value. This is an AI + traditional app: rules for governance plus ML for win-rate and price-sensitivity estimates. It’s designed to be lightweight—no full CPQ replacement—so teams can deploy it without a six-month pricing transformation.
