It pulls key milestones from the contract timeline, then lets each party (buyer, seller, agent, lender, title/escrow) confirm tasks, upload required docs, and log status updates with timestamps. The app focuses on reducing last-minute scrambles: missing payoffs, unsigned disclosures, insurance binders, appraisal conditions, repair receipts, and wire instructions. It includes a simple “blocker” system that flags what is preventing closing and who owns it, plus an audit trail that’s exportable for disputes. This is not another listing portal; it’s a transaction operations tool that teams can adopt deal-by-deal without ripping out their existing CRM.
