DealMemo is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for founders and small teams who keep losing track of “we agreed on X” conversations. It captures deal terms from emails, meeting notes, and call summaries, then turns them into a structured, shareable memo with owners, deadlines, and acceptance status. Each memo becomes a lightweight source of truth: what was promised, by whom, when, and what evidence supports it. It’s not a full CRM and it’s not legal contract software—it's the missing middle layer that reduces misunderstandings before they become churn, refunds, or legal headaches. The product focuses on speed: create a memo in under 2 minutes, send for confirmation, and track changes over time. It also flags risky language (vague scope, missing payment terms, unclear deliverables) so founders can tighten terms early, without needing a lawyer on every call.
