DealMind is a web + mobile AI app that coaches sales reps on the mental side of performance: consistency, rejection resilience, and pre-call confidence. It runs short daily check-ins (2 minutes), identifies patterns (e.g., anxiety spikes before discovery calls, avoidance after losses), and prescribes micro-exercises: reframes, breathing drills, visualization, and short “reset” routines. It also includes a private “loss debrief” flow that turns a bad call into a structured learning note without spiraling. Managers get an aggregated, privacy-respecting view of team trends (burnout risk, confidence dips) without reading personal journals. This is not therapy and won’t replace a great sales coach; it’s a lightweight habit system designed for reps who won’t do long courses. The product lives inside the workweek with calendar nudges and quick post-call reflections.
