DealProof is a mobile + web app that helps new-car shoppers estimate a realistic out-the-door (OTD) price for a specific VIN/trim in their ZIP code and then generates a clean, dealer-ready offer sheet. Users enter the model/trim, trade-in basics, financing preference, and must-have options; the app pulls current incentives, typical doc fees, tax/title rules, and market comps to produce a price range and a “walk-away” threshold. It also tracks dealer quotes in one inbox and flags common padding (add-ons, inflated fees, bogus accessories) with plain-English explanations. This is not magic: it won’t guarantee the lowest price, and dealers can still refuse. But it reduces wasted time, prevents surprise fees, and gives buyers a defensible number and a consistent negotiation script.
