DealProof is a web + mobile app that helps college athletes and their families vet NIL offers fast, without needing a lawyer on speed dial. Users paste a contract or offer email, and the app flags common traps: perpetual usage rights, vague deliverables, exclusivity conflicts, payment timing, termination clauses, and missing compliance language. It then generates a plain-English summary, a risk score, and a short list of suggested edits and questions to ask the brand. DealProof also stores deal history, tracks deliverables (posts, appearances), and reminds athletes to invoice and collect. This is not “legal advice”; it’s a practical triage tool that prevents obvious mistakes and helps athletes show up prepared when they do talk to an agent, school compliance office, or attorney. The goal is fewer scams, fewer underpaid deals, and fewer compliance headaches.
