DealPulse

DealPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy relationship management into a simple, revenue-focused system for sales teams. It connects to email and calendar, then builds a lightweight “relationship health” view for each account: recency, responsiveness, stakeholder coverage, and next-step clarity. Instead of generic reminders, it flags specific risks like “single-threaded deal,” “no exec contact,” or “last meeting ended without a dated next step.” Users get a daily shortlist of the 5 accounts most likely to slip and the 5 most likely to close if nudged. It also generates meeting prep briefs (recent threads, open questions, promised follow-ups) and a one-click follow-up draft that matches your tone. The goal isn’t to replace your CRM; it’s to make it usable and prevent deals from dying quietly due to neglected relationships.
