DealPulse is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns messy pipeline notes into a brutally clear “next best action” list for business development teams. It ingests emails, call notes, and CRM fields, then scores each opportunity on momentum (response latency, stakeholder coverage, next meeting booked, objections logged, procurement stage). The app flags deals that look active but are actually stalling, and it generates a short, specific follow-up plan: who to contact next, what to ask, and what proof to send. It also detects single-threaded risk and missing champions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for transparency, AI for summarization, intent extraction, and risk signals. The goal is not to replace your CRM; it’s to make it honest and actionable so reps spend time on deals that can close and managers can coach with evidence.
