DealRoomX is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that gives sports agencies a single place to run representation workflows: prospect intake, compliance/KYC, contract versioning, negotiation checklists, approval routing, and renewal reminders. It includes an AI layer that summarizes redlines, flags missing clauses (termination, image rights, morality, exclusivity), and generates first-pass term sheets from structured inputs—without pretending to replace lawyers. The product is built for small-to-mid agencies that currently live in email, spreadsheets, and generic CRMs, where deals get delayed and details slip. The app focuses on auditability: every change, comment, and approval is logged, so partners can see who agreed to what and when. It also supports sponsor/brand deal pipelines alongside player contracts, which most CRMs don’t handle cleanly. Expect a gritty, ops-first tool—not a flashy “AI agent.”
