DealScribe
DealScribe is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that captures sales calls and meetings, then produces structured CRM-ready updates: contacts, next steps, objections, pricing mentions, and stage movement suggestions. Instead of being “another CRM,” it sits on top of existing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and focuses on the most hated work: post-call admin. Users connect their calendar and conferencing tools, choose a deal/contact, and after the call the app generates a short summary plus discrete fields mapped to their CRM schema. It flags missing critical info (decision maker, timeline, budget) and prompts a 30-second confirmation so reps stay in control. Managers get consistency: standardized notes, cleaner pipelines, and searchable call intelligence without forcing reps to change tools. Realistically, accuracy and integrations are hard, so the MVP should target one CRM and two meeting platforms first.
