DealSentry is a web-based revenue intelligence copilot for B2B sales teams. It connects to Zoom/Google Meet and your CRM to automatically capture call audio, generate accurate transcripts, and summarize key moments (needs, objections, competitors, pricing, next steps). After each call, it scores deal health and highlights risk signals like weak champion, unclear timeline, missing stakeholders, discount pressure, or no mutual action plan. DealSentry then recommends the next best actions—specific follow-up emails, stakeholder mapping, discovery questions, and tasks—tailored to your sales methodology. A forecasting layer predicts close probability and expected close date using call signals plus CRM hygiene checks, and alerts managers when pipeline is slipping. The product is a hybrid AI + rules engine so teams can enforce playbooks while still benefiting from LLM reasoning. Designed for 10–500 rep orgs, it reduces churn in the pipeline and improves forecast accuracy.
