DealWeave is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for cluster and ecosystem managers to track real economic development outcomes: supplier introductions, pilot projects, co-development deals, and funding referrals. Instead of vanity metrics like event attendance, it captures who was introduced to whom, what was requested, next steps, and whether a deal actually happened. It includes lightweight CRM-style pipelines tailored to clusters, a shared “opportunity board” for member companies, and a simple ROI dashboard for reporting to funders. An AI layer can auto-summarize meeting notes, suggest next-best introductions based on capability tags, and flag stalled opportunities. The reality: most cluster orgs are understaffed and stuck in spreadsheets; this replaces that with a focused workflow that proves value without requiring a full Salesforce implementation.
