DebriefDesk

DebriefDesk is a web app (with optional desktop export tools) that standardizes and accelerates post-evaluation documentation in government procurement. It guides evaluators and contracting staff through structured debrief inputs, scoring rationale capture, and traceability to solicitation criteria, then produces consistent debrief packages and award decision memos. The AI component helps summarize evaluator notes, flag missing rationale, detect inconsistencies between scores and narrative, and highlight language that may increase protest risk (e.g., unequal treatment, unstated criteria). It also maintains an audit-ready timeline of who entered what and when, with controlled redaction workflows for vendor-facing debriefs. This is not a magic “protest-proof” tool—protests still happen—but it reduces avoidable documentation gaps that fuel them. The product focuses on being lightweight and deployable without a massive ERP replacement, integrating with common document repositories and procurement systems via export/import.
