DebriefDock

DebriefDock is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) for capturing, structuring, and retrieving lessons learned after projects, incidents, launches, and drills. It guides teams through a short, consistent after-action workflow: what happened, contributing factors, what worked, what failed, and concrete actions with owners and due dates. The AI layer summarizes raw notes, chat exports, and incident timelines into a clean narrative, then extracts candidate lessons and tags (systems, teams, risk types). A lightweight “evidence” feature links lessons to source artifacts (tickets, logs, docs) so they’re credible, not folklore. The search experience is built for reuse: when someone starts a new project or opens an incident, DebriefDock surfaces relevant prior lessons and action outcomes. Realistically, this won’t replace Jira/Confluence; it complements them by making lessons consistently captured and actually retrievable.
