Debriefly

Debriefly is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps two people debrief a difficult conversation right after it happens—without recording audio. Each person privately answers a 2-minute guided check-in (what I meant, what I heard, what I need next). The app then generates a neutral “shared summary” highlighting agreements, open questions, and concrete next actions, plus suggested wording for a follow-up message. It includes a lightweight template library for common scenarios (roommates, couples, manager-direct report, co-parents) and a “misunderstanding detector” that flags likely interpretation gaps based on both check-ins. The goal is not therapy or surveillance; it’s a structured, fast post-conversation alignment tool. Users can export a summary to email/Slack or keep it private. The product lives or dies on trust, so it’s designed with minimal data retention and clear controls.
