It pulls auction calendars, yield curves, maturity profiles, inflation, FX exposure, and fiscal balances, then runs simple scenario stress tests (rate shocks, growth shocks, primary balance changes) to show what breaks first and when. The core output is a “refinancing heatmap” and a weekly brief that flags upcoming rollover cliffs, unusually weak auctions, and debt-service spikes. It’s not a Bloomberg terminal; it’s a focused, affordable tool for people who need debt risk visibility but don’t have a quant team. It also includes a source-linked data room so users can audit every number back to IMF, World Bank, OECD, national treasuries, and central banks. Expect messy data coverage and gaps—those are surfaced, not hidden.
