DebtSwitch is a mobile + web AI-assisted consolidation and refinance pre-check that shows realistic options without forcing users into a hard credit pull upfront. Users connect accounts (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans) and optionally payroll/income, then the app estimates payoff timelines, total interest, and the true “break-even” point for refinancing after fees. It generates a short, lender-ready packet (income, DTI, utilization, payment history summary) and routes users to a small set of matched offers or to a “not ready yet” plan with concrete steps (pay down X, fix utilization, dispute errors). The app is brutally transparent: it flags when consolidation is likely to increase total cost, when teaser rates are misleading, and when a balance transfer is a better move. Monetization is referral + optional subscription for monitoring and coaching.
