DecadeMap

DecadeMap is a web + mobile app that helps people plan across long time horizons (5, 10, 20+ years) without pretending the future is predictable. Users define a few “north-star outcomes” (health, money, relationships, craft), then build a decade map: milestones, constraints, and reversible vs irreversible bets. The app forces realism by asking for tradeoffs (time, money, energy) and by running simple scenario checks (e.g., savings rate vs retirement age, location vs career options). A quarterly review flow keeps it alive: update assumptions, log major life events, and re-rank priorities. It’s not a journal and not a to-do list; it’s a structured decision system for long-term direction. AI is used sparingly to summarize reviews, surface inconsistencies, and propose alternative paths—not to “predict your life.”
