DecarbBoard is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for companies that already have a climate transition plan but can’t execute it consistently. It converts high-level targets into a governed backlog of initiatives (energy projects, procurement changes, fleet shifts, policy updates) with owners, dependencies, budgets, and measurable carbon impact. The AI layer helps translate messy documents (PDF plans, board decks, audit notes) into structured work items, flags missing assumptions, and suggests realistic sequencing based on constraints like capex windows and vendor lead times. It also produces board-ready progress reporting: what shipped, what slipped, why, and what that does to the pathway. This is not a carbon accounting tool; it’s execution management for transition planning, designed to survive scrutiny from finance, audit, and leadership.
