DecideDeck is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that turns messy decisions into structured, comparable options using proven frameworks: RICE, ICE, weighted scoring, regret minimization, expected value, pre-mortems, and reversible/irreversible decision checks. Users create a “decision card,” define options, criteria, weights, constraints, and confidence levels, then the app calculates rankings and highlights what actually drives the outcome. AI helps draft criteria, suggest risks, and generate a pre-mortem, but the user must supply numbers and assumptions—no magic answers. Every decision gets an audit trail: who chose what, why, and what was known at the time. Post-decision reviews compare predicted vs actual outcomes to improve judgment over time. This is not a journaling app; it’s a lightweight decision ops tool for teams and serious individuals who need consistency.
