The app includes a decision review cadence (e.g., 30/60/90 days) to revisit assumptions and prevent stale choices from becoming permanent. It’s not another project manager or chat app; it’s a decision memory system that reduces re-litigating old debates, onboarding confusion, and accountability gaps. The MVP should integrate with 2–3 common tools, provide fast search, and make decision capture frictionless from meetings and chat.
