DecideLog
DecideLog is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that captures, structures, and retrieves product decisions: what was decided, why, who approved it, what data supported it, and what tradeoffs were accepted. It turns messy conversations into a searchable decision ledger tied to epics, PRDs, Jira/Linear tickets, and releases. The AI layer suggests a draft decision record from meeting notes, Slack threads, or docs, then prompts for missing context (metrics, constraints, alternatives). It also schedules lightweight “decision reviews” after launch to record outcomes and whether assumptions held, building an internal learning loop. The goal is not more documentation—it’s preventing re-litigation, onboarding confusion, and repeated mistakes. Realistically, this wins when teams are already moving fast and suffering from context loss, not when they’re allergic to process.
