DecideLoop

DecideLoop is a web app + Slack/Teams add-on that captures decisions as they happen and makes them impossible to lose. In any channel, users can mark a message thread as a “Decision,” “Open Question,” or “Action,” then assign an owner, deadline, and the exact context link. The app generates a lightweight decision log per project, with a single source of truth: what was decided, why, by whom, and what changed since. It also pings owners when decisions are blocked by unanswered questions, and it auto-builds weekly “Decision Digest” summaries for stakeholders who hate meetings. This is not another chat app; it’s a thin layer on top of existing tools to stop re-litigating the same topics, reduce meeting load, and prevent costly execution drift caused by unclear ownership and outdated assumptions.
