DeciDrill

DeciDrill is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams make high-stakes decisions under uncertainty by forcing structured thinking and fast scenario testing. Users define a decision, list options, and enter key uncertainties (market size, churn, costs, timelines). The app runs lightweight Monte Carlo simulations, produces outcome distributions (not single-point forecasts), and highlights which assumptions drive most risk. It includes a pre-mortem workflow, decision journal, and “trigger thresholds” that tell you when to revisit the decision as new data arrives. This is not a magic prediction engine; it’s a disciplined process tool that makes uncertainty explicit and auditable. Exportable decision briefs make it usable in real meetings, not just by analysts. The goal is fewer confident-but-wrong calls, and faster alignment when the future is genuinely unknowable.
