DeciLedger

DeciLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that creates a living “decision register” for teams. Every meaningful decision gets a single record: who owns it (DRI), who must be consulted, who is informed, what inputs were used, what constraints apply (budget, legal, security), and when it must be revisited. It integrates with Slack/Teams and Jira/Asana so decisions can be created from a message or ticket and then linked back to execution. The app enforces simple governance: decision types, approval thresholds, and escalation paths. It also provides an audit trail for leadership and compliance without turning into a bureaucratic wiki. An AI assistant can summarize long threads into a proposed decision record, but humans must confirm ownership and final wording. The goal is fewer stalled projects, fewer re-litigated choices, and faster handoffs.
